Blackman Investments has a large network of contacts across both the residential and commercial markets in London. We are often privy to off-market deals and to many deals before they formally come to the market.

We source the appropriate client for our clients, then when they wish to proceed, we submit the offer on behalf of our clients and work with the surveyor and lawyer to ensure the deal goes through smoothly to completion.

Blackman Investments has acquired many properties, both commercial and residential, for both its UK and Overseas clients.

In the commercial sector, we have a strong track record in sourcing long income (fixed income type) deals, let to secure covenants for 10 years or longer, with yields of circa 7%. We also find development deals and asset enhancement opportunities for our clients. These may be in London or elsewhere in the UK.

Our expertise in the residential market is primarily in London. We focus on prime areas such as Mayfair, Kensington and Knightsbridge as well as Hampstead, Belsize Park and St John’s Wood in North West London. We also source excellent opportunities in areas with potential for growth.
